Work Information

Management Sections

The Work Information tab on the Management page allows the user to get the following project’s information:

  • Scope of Work → one of the following options:

    • Condition Assessment (CA)

    • Training

    • Leak Detection

    • R&D

  • Fieldwork Start Quarter

  • Mileage (miles)

  • Mileage (km)

  • Diameter (inches)

  • Report Quarter

The Work Information tab provides a summary of the project scope and key metrics, which can be useful for project planning, execution, and reporting.

The information displayed helps managers and technicians to understand the project’s focus, timeline, and scale, facilitating better decision-making and resource allocation, in conjunction with the Timetables tab.

To edit the information displayed on the Work Information tab, click on the edit icon at the toolbar. It'll open a modal window where you can update the project details. Click on the Update button to apply them.

 Note
The Work Information tab has the same Notes section in which the user can take notes on the tab. Like on the other tabs' Notes sections, it's possible to add, edit, pin, and archive notes. The notes are saved in the database and can be accessed later.
